Yawara-Jitsu teaching method is scientific, rational and progressive.
It is scientific because techniques performing is done starting from a complete study of the human body biomechanics,
taking into account the joint, muscle and nervous behaviour.
Lever mechanics and the placement of the corresponding base (fulcrum) it is also essential in many of its techniques.
Finally, the Paulov´s theory of "conditioned reflexes", improves answer capacity and spontaneity, so necessary in a real attack.
Rational, because its methodology is thought to be easily assimilated and used by the pupil. It pays attention to each movement or action taken in each technique, improving in this way the final result (Cartesian rationalism).
Progressive, because the most basic must be taught first (facing aggressions with one hand), achieving a solid base in which you can develop more advanced knowledge.
